AOYAMA Time Schedule
White Belt
This is a class for white belt learners only. The main focus here is on practicing the basic movements and techniques. In this class there is less sparring. This is a class we would really like the beginners to take.
Colored Belts
This class is for Blue, Purple, Brown and Black Belts. The techniques practiced in this class are of a high degree of difficulty.
All Belts
This is a class where any member from white belt to black belt can participate. We will introduce techniques with a range of degrees of difficulty. Techniques taught will be based on the participants at the time of the class.
Over 40
Members over 40 years of age are able to attend this class. This has no belt restrictions. This class is recommended for those who are practicing BJJ as a hobby.
No-Gi
This class is taught wearing a rashguard and shorts, not a BJJ kimono. This class is also called “Grappling”. While the level of the techniques taught is generally higher than those taught using a kimono it is open to all belt levels.
Kids BJJ
This class is held for kids aged 4 to 12 years of age. At Aoyama and Hiroo the class is split according to student age. All kids classes are held in both English and Japanese. In this class, the kids are not only practice exercise and discipline but also have an opportunity to acquire some useful language knowledge. This class has quite a few non-Japanese students.
MITA Time Schedule

Competition
This is a class for those, who are going to enter a tournament or fight in a match. For the most part the class will focus on the rules, techniques you can expect in a match and the way to train for competition.
While the class is a little long at 90 minutes, it isn't just going to cover techniques and sparring. We will also look at and practice a variety of situations that you can expect to come across.

Kids Wrestling
This class has students from ages 4 to 15. This class is not only about getting physically stronger but it's also about learning to be well-mannered and appreciative. Even though this is a martial art, there is no need to worry about it being too difficult. The instructor of this class is an Olympic wrestler and collegiate champion.
P.E Coaching School
This class is aimed at kids from 4 to 12 years of age. This is a class using iron bars, mats, jumping boxes and a lot of other equipment, this class will teach a lot of movements and skills. This class is for kids in the golden age of childhood, up to 12 years of age, that will rapidly improve their ability to exercise with this class.
HIROO Schedule

Fathers' BJJ
This class is held at Hiroo Dojo on the weekends in the morning. You can bring your children with you to this class. There will be a staff member available to take care of your children while they play and so Fathers are able to relax and focus on their Jiu-jitsu. The level of this class is the same as the all belts class. Of course those members without children are also welcome to participate.

Women Only BJJ
This class is limited to ladies and is held at Hiroo Dojo once a week. This class doesn’t have monthly fees. Instead participants pay ¥2,000 each time they attend. So feel free to try it any time.

This class is held for kids aged 4 to 12 years of age. At Aoyama and Hiroo the class is split according to student age. All kids classes are held in both English and Japanese. In this class, the kids are not only practice exercise and discipline but also have an opportunity to acquire some useful language knowledge. This class has quite a few non-Japanese students.
